When firefighters and dealers come to Appleton to spec new rigs, their time is packed — and pivotal. The HiViz Lighting Experience Center was built to make those visits easier and more valuable. It’s a hands-on hub for exploring new tech, talking through custom setups, and getting honest answers from a team who knows what it’s like to walk in your boots.
HiViz was founded by a Firefighter/EMT/HAZMAT Technician, and over half our team has direct ties to the field. We understand what’s at stake when seconds count — and we believe the tech you rely on should work just as hard as you do. That’s why our FireTech systems are engineered for performance, priced for all department sizes, and grounded in the real needs of first responders.

In a week packed with rig tours, customer meetings, and critical decisions, the Experience Center is here as a resource, whether you need help during a build or just some space to get work done and recharge.
Onsite expert Peter Walkowiak is your local guide and FireTech representative in the region. He’s available during business hours and by appointment to walk you through the space, answer product questions, or just share a coffee (or a cold one).
