What is your background?
My background has always been in HR, ranging from professional sports (Go Pack Go) to big law. I’ve always jumped headfirst into any role that sounded interesting!

Describe your day-to-day: My day to day includes everything that it takes to grow a company fast! That means reviewing resumes, interviewing, onboarding and pretty much anything else you can think of when it comes to finding great people!
What drew you to HiViz?
What drew me to HiViz was the mission to help first responders work more safely after dark. I also really enjoy the energy of the team and their passion to be the best they can be!
Where are you from originally?
I’m originally from Wisconsin, from a little dot on the map called Waupun. I was there up until I graduated college and then I moved to Washington D.C. for 3 years. Now I am all settled in Western North Carolina, and I couldn’t be happier!
What is a food combination that people eat frequently eat that you can’t get behind?
Ketchup and eggs, like come on, have some decency!
Best advice you were given?
The best advice I was given is that you only get one life. Stop waiting for things and wondering what would happen. Start making things happen!
Would you rather always have to enter rooms by announcing your arrival in song or always have to leave by doing a backflip?
Definitely enter rooms by backflip! I think it would really add a wow factor to that first day onboarding if I was flipping my way throughout the office. Assuming I was successful every time!
