My background is in aligning and optimizing the efforts of marketing, sales, and customer service teams, ensuring the revenue engine produces predictable growth. I love diving into the data to uncover opportunities, then working collaboratively to build clear strategies that deliver tangible results for our top and bottom lines.

Describe your day-to-day: My job is to align and optimize all revenue-impacting functions across marketing, sales, and customer service. Our teams are my “customers,” and I’m responsible for simplifying and automating processes and ensuring they have the insights, tools, and support to drive efficient growth that boosts our top and bottom lines.

Where are you from originally?
I grew up in the south of Germany about 30 minutes outside of Stuttgart.

I once won a mechanical bull riding competition. But wait, there is more… When going on my honeymoon to Vietnam my luggage was delivered by the airline three months later at home.
