What do you do for the company?
They call me: Mrs. International, official title International Processor.
Why do you come to work every day?
My goal is to be the best LIAISON between our domestic customers, domestic manufacturing, international Customers, and our Asia manufacturing team. Day to day, Process incoming international customer orders for USA & Asia PO’s, National OE Factory Direct PO’s, VX Stock orders, handling all Shipment correspondences with forwarding agents on behalf of customers and VX, reply to all incoming International emails and send shipment notifications and shipment schedules. Proactively providing customer with order etas, shipment projections, stock checks, quotes and availabilities, etc. Answering multiphone lines – VX, Lucent and Hiviz/Firetech. Office floater, working downstairs for national orders processing and shipping or wherever help is needed, Service with a Smile ????
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Besides being an active mom of 4 boys, enjoy anything that feeds my International Interests: News, languages, books, music (Avid K-Pop/J-Pop/C-Pop), Bollywood listener), food, cultural aspects, fashions and histories, did I already say food… and FOOD?!
What is your favorite product?
Currently the new CG2 Canons, because they light up your life!

My dream was to be a Language Arts teacher, or Linguist as English is my 2nd language! So far Samoan (native tongue), English, and a just a little bit of Spanish, Korean, Hindi, Tagalog, Mandarin, Russian and Hawaiian Pidgin (yes there’s truly such a thing!).
